  • Electric Bikes: 2-year warranty from the date of delivery
  • Electric Scooters & Hoverboards: 1-year warranty from the date of delivery

The warranty covers original defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.

✅ What's Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Battery and electrical component issues under normal usage
  • Labor and parts for warranty-covered repairs

❌ What's Not Covered

  • Consumable parts (e.g., tires, brake pads, cables, headsets, bottom brackets)
  • Accessories (e.g., chargers, helmets, bags)
  • Go-karts: Please note that go-karts are standalone products and not covered under warranty
  • Damage from accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized disassembly or modifications
  • Water damage beyond light rain or minor puddles
  • Warranty claims without valid proof of purchase

Please note: The Extended Warranty refers to an extension of after-sales support and repair services, not an extension of the return or exchange period.

This extended coverage includes:

  • Diagnosis of product issues
  • Paid repairs after the standard warranty period
  • Customer support for troubleshooting and part replacements
  • Warranty service for selected free gifts (if specified)

If you've purchased an extended warranty or received an eligible free gift with extended coverage, please retain your proof of purchase. Extended warranty terms will apply only if explicitly stated and confirmed in your order.
