Hi a bought a scooter just before and a part failed inside it like any new u buy things happen but its how's the company deals with the problem is the main thing a contacted them and it was under warranty they said send it back at there cost they got it picked up and fixed the problem and sent it back out with a bit added to the warranty plus for the hassle they gave me a helmet and a few other things at thr end of the day stuff happens things fail no matter what u buy but its how its dealt with is the main thing
Very pleased with my purchase, great offer during the holiday. Arrived not long after, for a new year present. Speed options are very good, good enough charge for an afternoons scoot fun for the younger teens. Also UK based. Would recommend.
No complaints whatsoever, my son absolutely loves this scooter, he’s never off it. It looks the part, sleek and sturdy and he can easily change speeds. Honestly it’s superb.

I bought the scooter sometime ago and discovered that the throttle was broken and when I messaged customer support, they sent out a replacement throttle within the week.
Both my Daughters bought one each from their birthday money 💰 what a fantastic sleek looking scooter. This scooter so far is amazing. The delivery was totally fantastic was here in about 3 days couldn't fault the company I scooter in any way what so ever. One happy customer highly recommended 👌

Easy to assemble and charges quick enough.
Smooth ride, quiet motor, good speed and battery life. Easy to use and setup, my one complaint (a minor one) is the fact it only has a single button. It would he much more convenient to have a separate button for driving modes and light but it does still work well as it is

I think it's excellent for r without any problem
The brakes are brilliant and the suspension handles bumps really well. Pretty straightforward to put together too. One of the best things is how wide the tyres are, absolute dream for riding off-road. Also love the basket on it, dead handy for carrying my bits and bobs.
So far my son loves this e-scooter. Him and his brother go riding after school everyday and have a blast.It's a really smooth ride and feels proper solid, so I feel totally safe on it.
It’s a quality scooter that rides very smoothly.
Bought the DX5 from iscooter, it's much larger than I had expected.
The bigger tyres make the ride incredibly smooth though. It’s seriously fast too, clocks in at 34.2mph at top speed. Flew past the neighbour’s cat the other day and poor thing looked absolutely shocked by the speed of it haha.
This is a very well made product and the seat is beyond comfortable.It is a light bigger than other brands.
The battery life is top notch. I’ve got a pretty long commute to work and this is exactly what I needed. Pre-sales support was great too, customer service got back to me incredibly quickly.
Solid bit of kit, well built and the wheels roll like a dream. Brakes are great too, won't chuck you forward at all. Love the air rear shock, does wonders for my knees.

I bought this bike because I wanted to get around faster and easier, it's a great little bike for the price! I highly recommend!
Bought this to make short local trips and its perfect.
Im 6'2" and the bike is comfortable enough.
Fast delivery and well packaged.
I would say putting it together was a bit fiddly, I am still having issues with the front brake alignment, so will have to take it to a local shop to fix.
We like the bike all family can use because of movable seat and my kids like it to I wished a battery would last bit longer.overall we happy with it thank you.
Item came well packaged and secure. Bike rides really well. Only issue was delivery. Took 4-5 days for it to arrive. These days delivery should be quicker.
Got this ebuke for my daughter’s Christmas. She’s 9 years old. She loves it. Everything about this bike is brilliant. Only thing is took me 3 hours to build it so hard. Also the seat has a long metal bar under it so means the seat doesn’t go right down. A love how you can start off in first and change it as you please with different speeds. Other than that 5*

My partner and I are very pleased with the bike that we had delivered. We are in our early 70s and my partner is able to use it with ease. The delivery company that delivered the bike gave excellent service, I wrote them a detailed review of how pleased we were but unfortunately you used another delivery company to send our free gift, a cover which we did not receive. I contacted the company who sent a photograph of the doorway but it wasn't mine! They have not given me the address they sent it to.
Good little bike folds up nicely and you get a comfortable ride good for camping and getting around would recommend

So initially this ebike caught my attention because it folds and makes transporting it convenient…I didn’t necessarily know much about them, but upon review from some of my friends who have ebikes, I found out that I own the beast of ebike!
