Step 1:
Keep the bike turned on.
Step 2:
Simultaneously press the "+" and "-" buttons to enter the P settings page.

Press the "M" button to switch to P05.

● Find the flip lever and flip up the seat
● Push and spin the key to the unlocked position
● Pull out the battery carefully and lift it from the bike frame

Note: To re-install the battery, align the slots on the bottom of the battery and reinsert the
battery into the frame. Turn the key to the locked position. If you want to know the battery
level without turning on the computer, press the button on the top of the battery to display
the current battery level.

Press and hold the "M" button for 3 seconds to turn the e-bike on or off.

Press and hold the "+" button for 3 seconds to turn the front and rear lights on or off. (The rear lights switch to flashing mode when you apply the brakes).

Battery life is affected by a variety of factors. We'd like to help you figure this out. Here are some tips to extend your battery life:

· Avoid overcharging (over 100%) or completely discharging to 0%.
· When not in use, store the e-scooter and battery in a cool, dry place and avoid extreme temperatures.

It is normal for the battery's performance to degrade over time if used regularly and over long distances.

After turning on the bike, press the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons simultaneously to access the settings menu.
Press the "M" button to toggle between the following settings: P01, P02, P03, and P04.
You can use the plus (+) or minus (-) buttons to change the corresponding setting.

P01: Unit system (00000 = Metric, 00001 = Imperial)
P02: Cruise control (00000 = Off, 00001 = On)
P03: Backlight (00001 = Low, 00002 = Medium, 00003 = High)
P04: Reset odometer (00000 = Total mileage zeroed or reset, 00001 = Odometer resettable)

There can be a number of reasons why your brakes are not working properly. Here are some common reasons and possible solutions:

· Brake failure or brake retardation:
Loose or worn brake cables can affect brake performance. Please check that the brake cables are properly adjusted and tightened.
Worn or damaged brake pads can also be the cause. In this case, they should be replaced.
· Loud brake noises:
Dirt or deposits on the brake pads or brake discs can cause noises. A thorough cleaning helps ensure smooth operation.
If the brake pads are badly worn or damaged, they should be replaced to eliminate the noise.
· Damaged brake pads or brake discs:
If you find obvious damage to the brake pads or brake discs, such as deformation or severe wear, they need to be replaced.
Please check your brake system for any of the above problems. If you are not sure, please send us a video or picture of your brake system so that we can help you further.

If the problem persists or cannot be solved by yourself, please let us know. We will take the necessary measures to repair or replace the defective part.

Several factors can affect the speed and performance of an electric scooter:

· Rider weight: A higher rider weight may affect the scooter's maximum speed.
· Terrain and slopes: Riding on hilly or uneven terrain may reduce performance compared to a flat road.
· Battery charge: A low battery may cause the scooter to limit speed or power to save energy.

Settings or riding mode: Check if your scooter is in a specific mode (e.g. Eco mode) that limits maximum speed and power. Switching to Sport mode or a more powerful setting may help.

If your scooter is still under warranty and you suspect a defect, we can arrange for further inspection and, if necessary, a replacement.

The E01 code indicates a controller failure and a new controller needs to be replaced.

The E02 code indicates a communication failure. You need to check whether the connection between the instrument and the controller is normal. If the connection is normal, you need to check whether there is a problem with the instrument and the controller.

E03 code represents Hall fault:
1. Motor Hall fault
2. Check whether the waterproof connector (nine-core connector) on the side of the motor wheel is loose and in poor contact. Unplug the connector and reconnect it. The fault disappears.
3. Check whether the connector between the controller and the motor extension cable is loose. Unplug the connector and reconnect it.
4. If the fault cannot be eliminated, replace the motor wheel with a new one.

E04 code indicates accelerator failure:
1. Check whether the accelerator is pressed without rebounding when the machine is turned on. If there is an error, it is normal and the problem can be solved by releasing the accelerator
2. Check whether the accelerator connector is loose, unplug the accelerator and reinstall it. The fault disappears
3. If the fault still cannot be solved, the accelerator needs to be replaced

E05 code indicates a brake handle failure:
1. Check whether the left and right brake handles can rebound normally. Squeeze the brake handles several times. If the rebound is normal, the fault disappears.
2. If it does not disappear, unplug the brake handle disconnect wire. Replace the brake handle on which side the code disappears.

E06 code indicates motor failure:
1. Check whether the connector between the motor and the controller is short-circuited or damaged. If it is damaged, repair the damaged circuit to eliminate the fault.
2. If the circuit is not damaged, unplug the motor controller wiring and reconnect it. If the fault is not eliminated, replace the motor.

P01 Parameter: Unit Switch (KM / MILE)

Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Then, press and hold both the "+" and "–" buttons simultaneously to enter the settings menu. Short press the "M" button to navigate to parameter P01.

[0 = Kilometer (KM), 1 = Mile (MI)]

P02 Parameter: Cruise Control ON/OFF

Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Then, press and hold both the "+" and "–" buttons simultaneously to enter the settings menu. Short press the "M" button to navigate to parameter P02.

[0 = Cruise Control OFF, 1 = Cruise Control ON]

P03 Parameter: Display Brightness Adjustment

Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Then, press and hold both the "+" and "–" buttons simultaneously to enter the settings menu. Short press the "M" button to navigate to parameter P03.

[1 = Lowest brightness, 3 = Highest brightness]

P04 Parameter: Odometer Reset

Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Then, press and hold both the "+" and "–" buttons simultaneously to enter the settings menu. Short press the "M" button to navigate to parameter P04.

[00 = Do not reset, 01 = Reset the total mileage]

P05 Parameter: Speed Limit On/Off

Press and hold the power button to turn on the device. Then, press and hold both the "+" and "–" buttons simultaneously to enter the settings menu. Short press the "M" button to navigate to parameter P05.

Use the "+" or "–" button to choose between speed-limited or unlimited speed mode.
