Really powerful motor, really impressed with how it performs on and off road. Price is a bargain to!

Superb Service

My grandson loved his iScooter i8 that he got for his 11th birthday in January. But one day he parked his scooter and when he came back to it, he chased two dogs away from it. He found that the scooter no longer worked and just thought the battery might be flat so pushed it home.

After charging it still didn't work, so he called for Granddad!

I found that the dogs had bitten through both cables that went from the forks to the frame! I contacted iScooter support and corresponded with Maxwell who was really helpful and asked for photographs. We could see that the main cable to the motor had been bitten three times and crushed. The other cable although bitten and cut, I thought I could re-make. Maxwell had a new front wheel with the cable sent that I fitted and then I rejoined the severed cables on the other side.

Now when I started the scooter it all seemed the functions to work, but when I pressed the accelerator, nothing happened.
I contacted Maxwell again and he advised me that the scooter needed to be moving a bit to get the motor to work, so I tried scooting and then with the accelerator pressed the motor kicked into action and I was flying!

Well done iScooter and a special thanks to Maxwell for his patience and advice, my grandson is over the moon now he can iScoot again.

Totally love this scooter. It’s the first electric scooter we’ve had. We got it for our son and it is amazing! We cannot fault it at all. Love the 3 driving modes, the lighting is brilliant and the brake is excellent. Very quick and easy to assemble and straight forward to use. Efficient delivery too. Fantastic gift for anyone. Would highly recommend.
