Turn on the scooter, hold the brake lever, and press the power button 5 times.
If your scooter experiences automatic shutdown or engine stall while in operation, please start by checking for any signs of loose connections at the battery and controller terminals. Disconnect and reconnect the wiring if necessary. If such issues occur only occasionally, it could be due to overcurrent protection triggered by high current output during operation.
The temperature light flashing could be a safety feature activating due to the scooter's temperature. This might occur if the scooter is being used in particularly warm conditions or after extended periods of use. I recommend allowing the scooter to cool down for a short time and then trying it again.
The specifications listed in our product manuals may sometimes differ from the actual product due to customs regulations and transportation policies in different regions. To ensure compliance and smooth delivery, certain specifications may be adjusted accordingly.

Check the speed controller or fuse, as a faulty controller or blown fuse can cause speed issues.
Inspect the wiring for any electrical problems.
Examine the charging cable and port for any signs of damage; do not use damaged accessories.
Use a multimeter to measure the voltage of the battery. If the voltage is below 30V, the scooter may not turn on, indicating a potential battery issue.
If the charger and port are functioning correctly, the battery may need replacement.
The E14 error indicates an accelerator abnormality. Please ensure that the accelerator is completely reset and that both the accelerator and the connecting cable are functioning normally. You can try disconnecting the accelerator cable and restarting the device to eliminate the abnormality.
The E10 error code indicates a communication error with the dashboard. Please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:
1. Check the Cables: Inspect the assembly cables connecting the dashboard and the controller to ensure they are properly connected and not damaged.
2. Disconnect and Reconnect: Turn off the scooter, disconnect the assembly line interface, and check if the plug is tilted or loose. Correct any issues and then reconnect the plug securely.
3. Power On: Turn on the scooter and check if the E10 error code still appears
If the error persists after these steps, the problem may require replacing the dashboard or the controller.
The E15 error indicates a Hall sensor error in the brake lever. Please ensure that the brake lever is fully reset. You can also try unplugging the electronic brake line, restarting the device, and troubleshooting the issue.
Error Code E16: Suggests a loose or detached Hall connector between the motor and controller.
Check the connection between the motor and controller for any looseness or disconnection and secure it as needed.
If the error persists, replacing the motor wheel might be required.
